You would like to understand how to enable the Agent Desktop, so that it opens when an inbound call is received.

Environment

SAP Service Cloud Version 2

Resolution

To enable the Agent Desktop, you may follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to your user profile on the top-right corner of your screen.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Navigate to All Settings tab.
  4. Click General Settings, under Agent Desktop.
  5. Select the checkbox Enable Agent Desktop, under Open Agent Desktop.
