3248004 - I-9 Remote Hire

What is the process change Remote Hire to non Remote Hire in Onboarding.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

• Go to Onboarding Dashboard > Select Candidate > Actions > New Hire Data
• Change the value for "Is Remote Hire" to "No"
• Submit the New Hire Data
• You will have to perform "Correct i-9 Data" from the same Action Tab in the onboarding dashboard after changing the value and submitting New Hire Data.
• This will trigger i-9 section 1 and correct the Is Remote Hire field when i9 section 2 is triggered.
• This is the steps to be followed when the candidate is still an external user
• For active employee, you will change the field value for "Is Remote Hire" in the employee profile and trigger i-9 flow from manage data
