Symptom

Billing documents are created, but not displayed in the app Create Outbound Files - China.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the app Create Outbound Files - China
  2. Fill out the mandatory fields
  3. Click Go but no documents are displayed

Cause

Customer type is not maintained for foreign currency billing documents.

Resolution

For foreign currency billing documents, please maintain the customer type as Foreign Payer in the app Set Customer Type.
