3248110 - Upload Function Mass Changes APP

Symptom

Issue with Upload functionality when the applications are used in languages other than English delivered with SAP S/4HANA2208 Cloud release.

Applications Affected:

  1. Mass Changes to Purchasing Info Record:F2667
  2. Mass Changes to Purchase Contract:F2669
  3. Mass Changes to Central Purchase Contract:F3792

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Resolution

Workaround steps:

>Login to the system with any logon language-Ex: Chinese and launch the App: Mass Changes to Purchasing Info Record

>Select Document and click on Download

>Click on Upload

>Click Add to attach the  Downloaded excel file.

>Rename the attachment name from Proposed string Name to English.

Result: User shall be able to upload successfully.
