3248303 - Valid Candidates Showing as Red in the Candidate Workbench - Recruiting Management

When opening the candidate workbench, there are candidates in a valid status but showing red as if they were disqualified.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Click on Recruiting tab;
2. Open the affected Job Requisition;
3. Click on Candidate tab;
4. Notice that there are valid candidates showing as red.

This behavior happens when someone opens the affected application and click on Take action > Close from Consideration.

When this happens you should be able to see an entry in History tab showing a value change for the field "Internal Status" and who triggered that, like the one below:

This action doesn't mean that the candidate is permanently disqualified, this is more like a warning that someone has reviewed and marked as that.

You can simple undo that by opening the affected application again, and clicking in Take Action > Reopen for consideration.

Please note that "Close from Consideration" action/button is not supported anymore and should not be used.
