  • After migrating ASE to a new server with a rebuild
  • Some logins get permission error 10386 with select on get_appcontext:

    Msg 10386, Level 14, State 1:
    Server 'ASE', Procedure 'test_proc', Line 7:
    SELECT BUILTIN permission denied on builtin get_appcontext, owner system administrator
