3248364 - Bookmark is not redirecting to the page when bookmark is applied in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) & SAP Digital Boardroom


The following behavior occurs in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC):

  • Saved Bookmark not returning anything for a specific Story in SAP Analytics Cloud.
  • When selecting the Bookmark it only show the loading indicator and nothing happens.
  • In console log:  [FailedAction - Action: store.createInstance@[{"bookmarkId":"XXXX"},{"story":"STORY:YYYY}] - Error: Store.CanNotRecreateInstance/Cannot create [{"bookmarkId":"XXXX"},{"story":"STORY:t.2:YYYY"}],  instance already exists.] -
