3248570 - "Unable to fetch schedule status logs because of a system error: oRecurrenceInfo is null" error message appears in Data Management tab of a model in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

Symptom

Opening the Data Management tab in one specific BW import model will not return any details of completed jobs, the Data Timeline only shows an error message instead.

  • Unable to fetch schedule status logs because of a system error. 

In the network traces (HAR file) the following error displays:

  • {"message":"oRecurrenceInfo is null","stack":"","errorDetails":[{"message":"oRecurrenceInfo is null","bUIMessage":false,"bWarning":false}],"status":500,"bUIMsg":false,"bWarning":false}

Environment

  • SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) 2021.15.8

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the affected model in SAC.
  2. Switch to Data Management tab.
  3. Observe the Data Timeline on the right hand side.
  4. Completed jobs details are not listed, only an error message is displayed:
    • "Unable to fetch schedule status logs because of a system error."
