3248626 - Currency conversion is not happening in Price Lists V_NLN or Price Inquiry Interface PIQ_CALCULATE

Symptom

In Price Lists(T-code: V_NLN) or Price Inquiry Interface PIQ_CALCULATE, condition value in document currency is calculated without doing a currency conversion between the condition currency and document currency. While if you create a new sales order with the same data in VA01, condition value can get calculated out correctly in document currency.
