3248841 - Crystal Reports 2020 and Crystal Reports for Visual Studio is missing Export to Word (.DOC extension)

Symptom

From CR 2020 Designer or Crystal Reports for Visual Studio there is no option to select Microsoft Word as the format.

Note: you can use the .NET SDK to export the report

Reproducing the Issue

Open any report and try to Export, not option shown for MS Document

Resolution

Issue ahs been escalate to R&D for a fix in CRD 2020 and CR for VS SP 33
