3248886 - SAPUI5 application not starting in BTP Launchpad, but works on NetWeaver ABAP system

When opening an SAPUI5 application on BTP Launchpad (cFLP), the app fails to load, but opens in the backend ABAP system.

Additional details:

• In the network tab of Developer Tools, the requests for the following paths fail with 404s:
  • /sap/bc/ui2/flp/undefined/Component-preload.js
  • /sap/bc/ui2/flp/undefined/Component.js
• In the network tab of Developer Tools, the ui5appruntime.html contains error:
