SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Access the instance as the Candidate
2. Provide the candidate credentials
3. Click on the "Your Onboarding Guide" Tile
4. The following error message: An application error occurred. Click Refresh or try again later. If this still doesn't work, please contact Product Support.

In this case it looks like the service user did not have permissions to employment details mss except only to view self, that is why the Onboarding Admin info was showing correctly in useful contact but the other user was not.

1. For the permission role OnboardingBpeAdmin, please add the target population of internal employees
2. Do the same for the BPEServiceUser group.
3. Rechecked the new hire and now the useful contacts are showing correctly.
