3248968 - [Onboarding] Onboarding Initiation failed because mandatory field values are not passed from RCM to ONB

If a field is mapped mandatory in Recruit-to-Hire Data Mapping Tool, is it a must to pass the value from RCM to ONB?
I have multiple Job Information fields which are mandatory but system does not throw an error when field value is not passed from RCM to ONB

Please note that the candidate will fail to appear in the Onboarding Dashboard only when certain portlets are marked as mandatory in Recruit To Hire Data Mapping but the value is not passed. Job Information portlet is not included in this.

• Email Information
• Phone Information
