3249314 - After Upgrading to the Latest homepage, Permission for "Professional Edition Manage Workflow Requests" is not showing in Manage Workflows

After Upgrading to the Latest homepage, the Permission for "Professional Edition Manage Workflow Requests" is not showing under Manage Workflows:

1. Navigate to Admin Center > Manage Permission Roles
2. Select Manage Workflows
3. See permission is no longer appearing for Professional Edition Manage Workflow Requests
4. If you go to "My Workflow Requests" page, you will not have option to filter with the below highlighted conditions for example:

This is a Coding Issue 

We check the ect-permission-config.xml configuration, find permission “Professional Edition Manage Workflow Requests” depends on feature FeatureEnum.ENABLE_HOMEPAGE3. 

FeatureEnum.ENABLE_HOMEPAGE3 will be disable after universal push. So customer can’t see it after universal push.

Engineering have confirmed that this defect will be resolved in all environment with B2211 release
