3249436 - Statistical Sales Conditions postings are not posted successfully

You are using function for Statistical Sales Conditions. After CE2208 upgrade, you found the relevant postings (ledger 0C) can't be generated successfully.

With release 2208 the checking of posting on extension ledgers was improved. Posting to primary cost accounts without a cost object is no longer allowed.
In the case your offsetting account is without cost object specified, under release 2202 this was a warning. In release 2208 this is an error and prevents the Statistical SD Postings from being made.
We are planning to revert the above strict checking in a Hot Fix, but only for the current release. In the next release, this check will still be added back.

You can solve this problem by creating a dummy Cost Center and then in the App "Manage Your Solution" under "Configure you solution" search for 102639 (this is the configuration ID). Under this entry choose "6. Manage Default Account Assignments" and assign the created cost center to your accounts that are used for offsetting the statistical SD conditions.

In case you would like to deactivate the Statistical Sales Conditions postings, you can open SSCUI 101117 Set Pricing Procedures. Change the detail of the relevant procedure, and for column Relevant for Account Determination, clear all the flags for each condition.
