When copying a job requisition with an inactive mfield picklist value, there is no warning or error message to say that value is inactive and the job requisition can be created.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
Reproducing the Issue
- Recruiting>Job Requisitions>Create New
- Click on "Copy Existing Job Requisition"
- Search for a Job that has an inactive mfield value and copy selected
- The Job Requisition can be approved even though there is an inactive mfield value selected (Note that the value is no longer in the mfield picklist drop-down though):
This is the current expected behaviour as per system design
There is an enhancement already open with the engineering team so that the system will throw an error when trying to copy a job requisition with an inactive mfield value. The reference number for this enhancement is RCM-101151 so you can reference this to your CSM to request an update. You may also favourite this KBA to keep updated.
