How to set Status as "Pending" to be added in Onboarding Tasks.

SAP Successfactors Onboarding

1. Go to Onboarding Dashboard
2. Choose New Hire Tasks and start the desired task 

3. Once you submitted the task, this shows as "Completed"

Expected behavior

As per the product design, we don't have feasibility to change / add the status as "Pending" in the onboarding tasks.
