3250016 - External and Internal Posting Preview Not Loading Job Profile Content Based on the User's Language - Recruiting Management

Both External and Internal Posting Preview popups are loading the content of the Job Profile in English US per default and not loading it based on the user's selected language. For example, if the user's selected language is French, the popups will be loaded in English US, thus the language chosen by the user is not respected.

This behavior has been addressed and will be changed within the H2 2022 release. After the changes, the External and Internal Posting Preview popups are going to be loaded based on the Job Requisition default Locale value. For example, if the Job Requisition default Locale is German, the Job Profile will be displayed in German, regardless the user's selected language.

Notice that it's not possible to load the content of the Job Profile based on the user's language as the Job Profile translation will not always be in place for the selected user's language.
