You notice that the Reference Date field is not available to be added for the Installed Bases.

Cause
In SAP Service Cloud Version 2, the Reference Date field was renamed as Purchase Date.
Resolution
In this case, you may use the field Purchase Date and it will display the proper information as per the field Reference Date.
This is the system designed behavior.
