Is it possible to automatically open a requisition as soon as it is created, without send requisition to next steps to be approved?

This is not possible, because pre-approved status of a requisition cannot be skipped.

Job Requisitions have been designed to have 3 different statuses (pre-approved, approved and closed) and they are system statuses, they cannot be removed.

For this reason, when a requisition is created, it will follow regular system status flow and it will be created under pre-approved status.

Although pre-approved status cannot be skipped, the requisition approval process can be edited and simplified using Route Map (e.g., the originator can approve and open the requisition).

NOTE: - Auto approval of Job requisition based on condition is currently not possible.


For Example, If the approval is pending with a user for x number of days and the customer wants a functionality that requisition gets auto approved if not actioned by user within x days then this shall not be possible .
