The count of applicants from Recruiting Management is lesser than the count of applicants in LinkedIn. 

This article will explain the reason of discrepancy of application count between two platforms.

LinkedIn scrapes the Job Postings in Recruiting Marketing. When a user clicks on the apply button from LinkedIn, the action is already counted and stored in LinkedIn database and user will be redirected to the RMK Job Posting. The user will still need to complete the application so that the count will be forwarded to Recruiting Management.

This is an expected behavior as RCM and LinkedIn has its own database and these were not synced.
