The Organisation section is not displayed in Job Information for the Review Crossboarding/Offboardee Information page.

Environment

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log into the system
  2. Go to the Onboarding Dashboard
  3. Select the crossboarded candidate / offboardee
  4. Open the New hire data review / Review Offboardee Information task
  5. The Organisation section is missing under Job Information but the user can see this section from Employee Profile

Resolution

  • The system is working as designed.
  • If this is required for the business processes, we recommend you submit and enhancement request.
