3250723 - Confirmation Document Missing In a Confirmation Journal Report

When you run a Confirmation Journal report, you find that there are a few Goods and Activity Confirmation IDs which are missing in a report.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Business Analytics work center
2. Select Design Reports view
3. Search for Confirmation Journal
4. Open the Confirmation Journal report
5. Fill the Reference Document ID as XYZ (Here XYZ refers to a Confirmation ID) 
6. Select Go

The report Confirmation Journal only displays documents which have any impact on inventory.

Since the reason code is Third Party Order Processing hence confirmation does not change the company’s stock postings, they are filtered out in the data source and report.

This is an expected system behavior.
