For the header in "Detailed Add Users": 

1. 1. Search for "Manage Users" in action search 
   2. Under "Add New User" button
   3. Select "Detailed Add Users", then check the header color:
      

For the header in "Quick Add": 

1. Search for "Manage Users" in action search 
2. Under "Add New User" button
3. Select "Quick Add ", then check the header color:
   

• To change the color of the "Detailed Add Users" header background:
  
  1. Go to Theme Manager > select the Theme
  2. Open the Fine Tune
  3. Open Portlets > Header background color 

Currently, the text color for this pop-up is standard and cannot be changed.

• To change the color of the "Quick Add" header text and background:
  
  1. Go to Theme Manager > select the Theme
  2. Open the Fine Tune
  3. Open Tables > Header text color and Header background color

This color will be the same for the header background and text in the initial page of Manage Users:
