Symptom

  • SAP GUI Kerberos authentication fails when using a load balancer/logon group, often resulting in the error message:
    GSS-API(maj): Miscellaneous failure
    GSS-API(min): A2200210:Peer certificate verification failed...

  • The "SNC Name" in the Network tab of the SAP Logon Pad is grayed out and cannot be edited.
