3251051 - AISYSNR_BUFFER not updated with DELETED flag - SAP Solution Manager 7.2

Symptom

  • In the case the installation only has one (1) Active System and that System is deleted on SAP Support Portal, DELETED Flag is not set for the system on AISYSNR_BUFFER table when AI_SC_REFRESH_READ_ONLY_DATA (REFRESH_ADMIN_DATA_FROM_SUPPORT) is executed
  • This only happens for specific installations where System was deleted at SAP Portal, leaving the installation with no Active Systems (empty installation)
  • Same behavior is visible if running AI_SC_REFRESH_NEW_CUSTOMER report
