3251082 - Loading table job gets error "ASA Error -1006042: All available virtual memory has been used" in IQ 12.7

This KBA is only for the old IQ version that is earlier than IQ12.7

Loading table job failed and raised error:

Msg 21, Level 14, State 0:
ASA Error -1006042: All available virtual memory has been used; allocation
cancelled: [Extra info: 38800000]
Checked the option "LOAD_MEMORY_MB" is default 0

Sybase IQ 12.7 or earlier.
