Symptom

How onboarding module is fetching Email ID from RCM

Environment

Reproducing the Issue

- How ONB is picking up the email id from rcm ? Is there any standard functionality to pick up the default email id from RCM?

- Is it possible to map with the email address that is maintained at offer approval?

when a candidate is initiated to ONB, All the emails including the the welcome email to set new password can be sent on the email id which is maintained in Offer Approval

Cause

Resolution

As per the Standard Behavior, The Email ID will always be fetched when a candidate is being added/applied on the requisition.

If you would like to change or improve this system behavior, we would suggest you submit an Enhancement Request to the product management team which will be reviewed and voted on and could be included in the next release of the product.
