Trying to follow the steps described the section "Setting Report Relevancy for New Cost Center and Profit Center Hierarchies" from  SAP Help Portal

, transaction HRY_REPRELEV "Set Report Relevancy for Hierarchy"  does not offer expected results. For instance, for Cost Element groups created by transaction KAH1, no hierarchy is offered.
