3251185 - It is not possible to change the Document Name of E-Signed Forms - Onboarding

It is not possible to change the the name of the document that gets generated post document flow (e-signature) completion.

As per the current system behavior it is not possible to change the names of the signed documents post completion of e-signature step. 

• The signed documents from Onboarding and offboarding includes the first name and the last name of the candidate.
• It is not possible to update the signed document names to include any other information like user ID or username as the document names sent post e-signature step are hard coded.

• Enhancement requests can be submitted following KBA 2090228.
