3251185 - [Onboarding/Offboarding]Change of Document Name of E-Signed Forms

Is it possible to change the format of the name of the document that get generated post document flow(e-signature) completion

 SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

The signed documents from Onboarding and offboarding include the firstname lastname of the candidate. It is not possible to update the signed document names to include any other information like user ID or username as the document names sent post e-signature step are hard coded.

As per the current system behavior it is not possible to change the names of the signed documents post completion of e-signature step.
