3251293 - Can we separate our Workflow Accelerator (Process Governance) license into 2 or more licenses?

A customer has recently changed from licenses provided by Signavio to licenses provided by SAP.

Prior to the changeover, there were several individual Workflow Accelerator (Process Governance) licenses, in the Collaboration Hub User Management.

However, after SAP implemented the licenses, there is only 1 Workflow Accelerator license to choose from.

Can the Workflow Accelerator (Process Governance) license be split again?

Under SAP, a license cannot be separated into multiple licenses.

When licenses are implemented by SAP, any multiple licenses are be combined into 1 license.
All the users in the multiple licenses will be combined into 1 license.
If the license is exhausted, then any users that were not able to be copied will no longer have that license.
