Symptom

When opening one of the sales analytical apps, as for example, Sales Volume - Check open Sales app, Sales Volume - Flexible Analysis app, the below message is raised:

Cause

The issue is caused by missing currency conversion rates from <XXX> to <XXX> in <XXXX>.

Resolution

Maintain the missing currency by using the “Currency Exchange Rates” App (App ID F3616).
