3251350 - Clicking '+' for a Language Pack in Manage Languages Opens the Wrong Row

When in manage languages, when you click on the '+' for 'en_GB' the row for 'en_US' extends instead or vise versa which is preventing the user from uploading any custom labels for en_GB.

1. Navigate to manage language tool.
2. Click on the '+' for en_GB pack and see that the row for en_US extends instead.

• Likely cause of this issue is that locales English US and English UK have the same locale name (Such as just 'English').
• Default labels of English US and English UK are English US ‎(English US)‎ and English UK ‎(English UK)‎ respectively. If these labels were changes in the text replacement tool to the same label this issue will occur
• Manage Languages page uses labels of each locale to distinguish them. When different locales have the same label, Manage Languages page is not able to differentiate different locales. Hence, no matter which language user clicks, it expands and collapses the same locale English US

• Give locales English US and English UK different labels in Text Replacement such as English US and English UK.
• Or use the default labels.
