Symptom

While canceling the Equipment Task, the task status shows as completed in the onboarding Dashboard

Reproducing the Issue

  1. After the Equipment task is completed for the new hire
  2. Edit Task and and cancel the request.

3. After clicking on Cancel request, the option for Needed is changed to Not needed.

But the status is showing as Completed. 

Cause

Expected Behavior

Resolution

As per the standard Behavior, this task status shows completed even though you have cancelled the task request post submission.

If you would like to change or improve this system behavior, we would suggest you submit an Enhancement Request to the product management team which will be reviewed and voted on and could be included in the next release of the product.
