3251375 - Table Settings are Not Saved in the Manage Supplier Master Data App

Symptom

In the Manage Supplier Master Data app, upon trying to maintain the table settings in various tabs, you are unable to preserve the state of the table settings. After selecting the required columns or moving the order of the columns, the selection is not remembered or the order of the columns have reverted to its old state.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud 2208

 

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the Manage Supplier Master Data app
  2. Find and open the Supplier ID
  3. Go to any of the tabs for example Company Codes
  4. For the Company Codes table, select the settings (gear icon) and rearrange the columns or select the required columns
  5. Select OK
  6. Exit the app
  7. Relaunch the app Manage Supplier Master app 
  8. Go to the Company Codes tab
  9. The order of the columns has reverted to its old state or the required columns are not added

Cause

Technical inconsistencies in the backend of the system.

Resolution

To solve the reported behavior, a fix will be provided on all the systems with the current release 2208CE HFC06 which is tentatively scheduled for the weekend 2nd Oct 2022 – 3rd Oct 2022.
