3251424 - Not able to initiate Crossboarding properly - Onboarding 1.0

Once Crossboarding is initiated from Recruiting Management, the activity is not showing up in Work Queue.

Filter inside the process in Super Admin.

To trigger Crossboarding there is a filter in Super Admin that if the candidate is an internal hire equals true, the Crossboarding activity will trigger.

The same filter is only applied in Super Admin > "Process Filter" option because there system "read" the true value as a boolean. Do not use the same filter inside the process itself because there the system understand as a string and also there is no point to use the same filter as the process is selected already.
