Symptom

When running a Stories report, error message is displayed, or contains the following. 

error code [4]; SAP DBTech JDBC: [4]: cannot allocate enough memory: OOM. please check traces for further information; nested exception is com.sap.db.jdbc.exceptions.JDBCDriverException: SAP DBTech JDBC: [4]: cannot allocate enough memory: OOM. please check traces for further information.

This is happening for new reports and older reports that were running.
