3251465 - Onboardee cards creation failure

• The New hire has not completed the data collection tasks but the "Help us know about you " card is not appearing for candidate

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

• During migration from legacy home page to latest home page, if card creation is failed. This issue occurs.

• If there is failure in card creation , these can be retriggered using Card retrigger option to get the card if not coming.
• As a workaround we can re-create the card if any failure happen earlier. We have ONB2 card retrigger option.

Pre-requisite:

Please make sure you have permission to the object: ONB2OnboardeeCardsTrigger

Under Administrator Permissions Go to Onboarding or Offboarding Admin Object permission -> ONB2OnboardeeCardsTrigger. Provide View edit permission

After this perform below steps to retrigger the card creation.

• Go to Manage data
• Under Create New select ONB2OnboardeeCardsTrigger object
• In the Process field select the Process Id of the candidate
• Click on Save
