2. Is it possible to perform Key User Adaptation in Mobile APP as like Desktop version?

Key user adaptation, like the desktop version of SAP ByDesign supports via the Adaptation Mode, is not supported by the mobile client. If a key user wants to adapt a mobile screen for all users of its company he/she has to start the desktop client with the mobile url parameter sapbyd-agent=MBLHTML and use the Adaptation Mode there. Some functions, such as Time Recording and Manager Approval, are native apps and do not use the Oberon framework. Because these functions are built differently, they do not support extensibility or field modifications. As a result, the adaptation mode is currently not available for Time Recording and Manager Approval.

3. How to create sale order in ByD Mobile App?

Creation of sales order is not supported via the ByD Mobile App.

4. You are using SAP Business ByDesign mobile app for timesheet entries and would like to track how many timesheets are entered on the app versus the desktop. Is there any steps to monitor if the timesheets have been entered via the app or desktop?

We do not have the functionality to provide the information regarding the usage of the mobile time recording App vs the desktop.

5. How to find ByD Mobile APP version?

1. Open the Mobile APP (IOS).
2. Settings.
3. Technical Information.
4. expand version.

6. How to Add a New Tile in Mobile APP?

For Example: Adding Manager Approvals tile

1. Login into ByD Mobile App.
2. Select the profile icon (top left corner).
3. Select Personalize.
4. Home section Scroll down and select + icon.
5. Pin the Manager Approvals tile and Apply.
6. Select Edit icon on top right corner.
7. Select Save and click Ok.
8. Select Edit icon on top right corner.
9. Stop Personalization Mode.

7. How to Track Device Id in ByD Mobile APP?

Currently the Feature to track the Device id is not available in the ByD Mobile app.

8. After setting the app password, Face ID is not active to login ByD Mobile APP.

Clear the APP data and uninstall the App. Then re-install the app. After that, set a new app password and try again.

9. What are all the tiles available in the SAP Business ByDesign mobile app, and what are the work center view assignments for them?
