3251599 - Consolidation fails when saving data - BPC 11.X

Symptom

Consolidation fails when saving data
  • In SM21 we see this error LCL_IS_EMPTY_HANDLER_TRANSFORM & CL_RSR_FIPT_VAL2SID->LOOKUP-01- , and no data is saved into the ADSO 
  • No errors are displayed in the monitor and there are no errors in SLG1 
  • Checked and applied SAP KBA 25443 and SAP Note 2518331 but did not fix the issue
