3251609 - Conditions cannot be created in distribution channel XX - S/4HANA Cloud

When you are trying to create a new condition record with organization and distribution channel, you may encounter below error.

Conditions cannot be created in distribution channel XX
Message no. VK076

In 'Set Material Prices' app or 'Manage Price - Sales' app, choose one condition type, for example PPR0, and selecting a condition table, for example Customer/material with release status table, 

enter the followings and press enter or click Save button:

Sales Organization: AAAA
Distribution Channel: XX
Customer: BBBB
Material: CCCC

Then error message will show: 
VK076 - Conditions cannot be created in distribution channel XX

Missing configuration.

Open SSCUI 102180 Define Common Distribution Channels and check if the necessary configuration is correct.

In above example, the column RefDistCh-Conds should be XX.
