3251614 - MDG-DRF: No Target System is available when replicating manually in MDG UI

You want to execute manual replication of MDG objects by any of the Replication by applications or via Replicate, Replicate SOA or Replicate Idoc buttons from the search result list, but on the replication screen there is no Target System available to select.
