3251669 - User can view and edit custom-date field when trying to update workflow details page without permission.

User doesn't have permission to view and edit the custom-date field which is in termination details, but when the user trying to update termination workflow details page, this user can view and edit the field.

The initiator doesn't have view and edit permission of this field either.
