3251704 - Resource Calendar Does not Show Gross Capacity and Planned Work

When you access the Resource calendar to view the details of an employee, neither the gross capacity nor the planned hours are shown.

 SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go To Resource Management Work Center

2. Go to Resource Search View

3. Search and highlight the Employee

4. Select Show Availability

You will see the Resource Calendar is empty

The main cause for this issue is work schedules used for employee is not correct. Only one day has been set up for the daily, period, and schedule models, and even the daily model lacks a working hour.

Ensure that correct work schedule is a basic for the Resource planning Management, please setup correct work schedule .

Work schedule can be created by the steps below

1. Go to Time Administration work center
2. Select Employees view.
3. Search for the employee and select the employee.
4. Click Edit button.
5. Select Time Profile tab.
6. Select the sub tab Work Schedule in the below details pane.
7. There the user can assign either predefined or an individual work schedule.
