To create an assignee option with filter, you can follow these steps:

1. Go to Super Admin side
2. Access the Account
3. Go to Processes
4. Click on the Process that you would like to change
5. On the left side, select which step you would like to change
6. On the left side click on "Assign Options"
7. Here you can add a new assignee or use the existing one, if there is any
8. At the right side, click on "Add", under filters column

You can then add the conditions that will suit you business.
