3251994 - [Onboarding] Prepare for New Hire’s Day 1 Task Order

The order of Prepare for New Hire’s Day 1 changes once the task is submitted

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 

1. After initiate onboarding Prepare for New Hire’s Day 1 will default as configuration.
2. If any of the list is updated or saved, the list randomly changes the order.
3. Login as the new hire the Prepare for New Hire’s Day 1 task shows the list items in random order

Expected system behavior. The completed Prepare for New Hire’s Day 1 and Checklist Task shows list items in random format and the order of the list cannot be controlled.

There is no workaround to control the order of the Prepare for New Hire’s Day 1 or Checklist list items once the task is completed.
