3252163 - Having two special employee status changing Events like "Termination" and "Rehire" on same date

We want to rehire contingent worker on same date sequence 2 as the terminate record date, the import is not working.

WorkOrder should be set up with similar effective start dated records and events first. And then job information records can be imported to match those records. However, since WorkOrder object definition's Effective Dating is 'basic', it is not possible to create two WorkOrder records with same effective start date.

• Employee status in effective dated system like Employee Central can remain only one value on same day.  This is basic architecture since beginning for Employee Central but it was not forced during imports and job history so that admin can make data corrections without any issues. But these data validation did existed via User Interface.
• Implementation consultants and admins were able to by pass these data validation enforced via User Interface by using imports and API method to have different events on same day.
• Now that all data validations are being imposed on both Job history UI and job history imports, the admins can no longer apply workaround of avoiding the basic principles of having one day gap between termination and rehire as event record dates as explained in KBA : 2361872 - Terminate and Rehire A User On the Same Effective Date
• The data validation of prevention of special record creation will also help preventing creation on 'same-date-plus-different-sequence' of the Hire/Termination/Rehire etc listed events as per this what's new viewer handbook and KBA: 3103944 - Prevention of Special Record Creation in Job History ECT-130989 - 2H 2021
• In summary, we cannot create records which changes employee status such as Termination record 27 Sep 2022 (1/2) and Rehire record 27 Sep 202 (2/2) for a employee central user.
