3252371 - Prompt button becomes inactive after establishing a connection to the backend system

Symptom

After establishing a connection to a previously saved workbook with "Refresh All" or with "Prompt" the prompt window will not be displayed and the "Prompt" button becomes inactive. All other AO functions work as expected. You cannot find any error in the traces.
