Symptom

Not able to connect test Onboarding account to demo DocuSign as it throws an error: Cannot connect

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

Cause

Wrong account ID

Resolution

Please follow the steps to activate Docusign.

  1. Go to Onboarding > Feature > DocuSign eSignature
  2. Change the configuration as you wish
  3. First consent, this is what allows move forward
  4. Account Id is API Account ID (from Docusign)
  5. API User ID is User ID (from Docusign)
  6. Activate.
