Symptom
Not able to connect test Onboarding account to demo DocuSign as it throws an error: Cannot connect
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0
Cause
Wrong account ID
Resolution
Please follow the steps to activate Docusign.
- Go to Onboarding > Feature > DocuSign eSignature
- Change the configuration as you wish
- First consent, this is what allows move forward
- Account Id is API Account ID (from Docusign)
- API User ID is User ID (from Docusign)
- Activate.
