3252522 - When Clicking Ctrl + P Function the Page is Losing Some Part of Information

When doing CTRL+P from the Insights work center it shows only partial filled information in the page.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Insights work center

2. Select my dashboard view

3. Press Ctrl + P

You will see partial filled information in the page.

The main cause for this issue is incorrect Page setup.

You can resolve this problem by performing the following on your browser:

1. Go to Insights work center

2. Select my dashboard view

3. Press Ctrl + P

4. Change "layout" to "Landscape"

5. Change "Paper size" to "A3"

6. Change "Scale" to "Custom", and change the scale ratio .100 means no scale, the number less than 100 will show more information on page.
